1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Super Agency is a product design agency offering subscription-based services and one-off project options. Subscriptions include ongoing design support and other specified deliverables, while one-off services are provided as standalone engagements. Details of our offerings will be outlined in your individual agreement or service plan.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or engaging with us.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

You may not:

• Use our services to infringe upon the rights of others.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our platform or services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Super Agency, including but not limited to designs, strategies, and proprietary tools, remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.

6. Payments

• Subscription Services: Payment for subscriptions is due on a recurring basis as outlined in your subscription plan. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

• One-Off Services: Payment terms for one-off services will be specified in your individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due in full before project commencement.

• Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Subscription users may cancel their plan according to the cancellation policy outlined in their agreement.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Agency and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
